One tip I recommend is don’t try to spray your “project” all in one go, it should take u about 2-3 coats for your “project” to be finished

Leah, I have to thank you. It's been awhile since I sprayed, probably 20 years. You are the only one who walked me through in a very concise manner, not the other instructors weren't good, but you were the only one who explained the gun air pressure properly. Adjust with the trigger pulled to 20 lbs. I knew I was doing something wrong when my primer came out like a big splatter gun which was a result of setting my guage to 20 psi before pulling the trigger. Thanks again Leah.

Don't put the teflon tape up to the end of the thread. Leave 2 lines of thread. One of the advantages would be to avoid the teflon eventually breaking down and contaminating the air circuit. Also easier to screw the parts together and the teflon to engage into the thread rather than being pushed up and away.
