I play this a lot. Loud Like Love is one of my favorite albums, period. But this song interest me. I think it's a song that is very representative of Molko's sense of "romanticism." It's another twisted love story gone wrong, but Molko usually writes these sorts of songs with irony in mind. Here, he's completely sincere. Also, he's not really bitter, he appears to feel regret. It's melancholic to be sure.

begin the end, exit wounds, a million little pieces, scene of the crime and too many friends on a continual loop makes for a world class road trip... This album really reminds me of some quality 80's music in that it "takes its time". I love the slow build both of the music and his vocals.
