McAllen ISD welcomes student teachers from UTRGV

McAllen ISD welcomed approximately 21 student teachers from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley on August 16, 2024. The event took place at the new UTRGV McAllen ISD Collegiate Academy. These student teachers will be teaching in elementary schools, middle schools and high schools in McAllen ISD. It's a new generation of teachers ready to follow their passion and embark on a career in teaching!
