The whole final was lost after 1-1 after Southgate had two defenders waiting to come on which gave his team that negative xfactor. Then they had a throw in at Spains end and went all the way back to keeper. The keeper wasted two balls after going 2-1 down kicking it long to no one. I agree with the top 5 tho.

To be fair to Walker, apart from being a crap ball crosser, it can be argued that he was beaten on his side due to Spain's in game tactics not individual defensive flaws.
Foden was completely ineffective. Anthony Gordon and Eze should have been commanding that left flank.

The problem with the squad is that Kane, Foden and Bellingham can't play together. Walkers level wasn't up to standards.Rice was playing poor the whole tournament and we had a coach who didn't dare to take risks.

Southgate picked Harry Kane because he is the most effective centre forward in football today. His record speaks for itself. Then he leaves him stranded with no ball supply, so he has to drop deep to get involved in the play. Not his strength. He is a clinical finisher, but needs wingers to take on the defenders and provide crosses into the box. That is what centre forwards are for - to score goals. Kane is not the failure……Southgate’s game plan was.
