I think the only thing that bothers me about the anti-cheat system is how Mousetrap will catch someone and only give them a penalty over and over again. I say that if it catches you using keyboard more than once or twice you just fucking ban that person permanently. I don't even play on console but it's such an obvious change.

Should do something like they do in cod and create (hallucinations) ghost players and traps that only suspected cheats can see and if they shoot them enough through walls or with stupid crazy accuracy and reaction times leading to banning them

Bro I just played a quick play match and there was a blatant spinbot head shot cheater in the lobby which was very frustrating

moustrap should just give you a black screen till you unplug xim or just ban them longer everytime they play with one so 1 day 1 week 1 moth 6 months you would soon get tired of being banned

I hope this actually works bc I quit siege a few months ago and I didn’t want to. Continuously hitting champ every season just to be forced to quit by blatant cheaters in every game is so frustrating. If this actually works I’ll gladly come back to the game 🤷‍♂️

I think it should ban them from ranked. They would lose out on ranked eligibility for that season and lose any rewards for that season. Ego cheaters would lose their champ charms they don’t deserve. Pin or like this if you agree

I hope they're careful with their AI anticheat because CS2's anticheat likely has AI involved in it and it has caused a lot of false positives. Any movement that is deemed to be abnormal is a bannable offense apparently (which includes having high sensitivity). It is almost my 100 day anniversary of being game banned in CS2 for high dpi

I don't understand how they can say mousetrap has been effective since it's release, saying thank mnk users have gone down since. But how can this be true when they can't detect most players using it? The data just seems invalid imo

Good to see this being addressed however this is not even kind of enough to fix the blatant cheaters. The highest end cheaters will still run rampant.

If this works and shield rework makes it into the game then it might be worth to come back to Siege once more. Its only shame that everybody i know who used to play Siege already quit.

I’d like to actually see these numbers, rather then just seeing “yeah with our work, the number of cheaters have dropped”. If the Ubisoft devs of siege can’t even fix their own servers from crashing after 9 years, and after every new season, some how a brand new bug gets added to the game, I could only imagine what the actual numbers looks like for how many cheaters Battle Eye discovers, and penalize them or banned as a whole

never used mnk yet I get latency issues either way. shits fucked tbh. I'm shit on the roller and the latency fuckery doesn't help it lol.
