Secret Service Director Questioned Over Trump Rally Shooting

The director of the Secret Service says she is taking full responsibility for the assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life. Embattled director Kim Cheatle faced a flurry of hard questions during a congressional hearing and gave very few answers. Meanwhile, more information about the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, is emerging. It's been reported that Crooks was kicked off his high school shooting club because he was a "comically" bad shot.
