You are really someone who dont read the LN and dont know the cosmologie of tensura... let me teach you something :
According to the system power of tensura, a demon lord/true hero with one ultimate skill is at least scaled between L1C and 1C (ultimate skill user transcend the laws of the world and can create/destroy concept...). True dragon are scaled at least L1B, if they have an ultimate skill they can reach 1B+
Milim nava is the daughter of veldanava and inherited 80% of veldanava post création powers and has an ultimate skills, According to her feat and powers of v22, she's scaled at least L1A (it can even reach 1A+ because her powers has no limit more she fight more her energy increase and same for her powers). Her drago nova can destroy the cardinal world in v22 if rimuru didn't came (cardinal world is sclaed 1A+). In v16-v17 the author explain how veldanava created the world and their tier... i suggest you to read, because the weakest character in tensura is scaled multivers+ 😂.
Take rimuru for example :
-rimuru anime S3 is scaled 1C+ (spirituel life form + holding 4 powerful ultimate skills + his infinit regeneration make him almost immortal).
