Twitter said it has agreed to sell itself to Elon Musk, who will take the company private in a deal valued at around $44 billion.
The deal caps off a whirlwind news cycle in which the Tesla and SpaceX CEO became one of Twitter's largest shareholders, was offered and turned down a seat on its board and bid to buy the company — all in less than a month.

Brian Stelter is the kind of guy that would cook dinner for his wife's boyfriend.

Lol just days earlier Stelter said he thought Elon was trolling and wasn’t serious - nice one mate

Let me explain something. When the board votes unanimously to approve a deal, it's NOT hostile.

Cope harder CNN. Literally everyone is laughing at you. Brian in particular.

It’s okay for Bezos to buy newspapers but not for musk to buy Twitter.

More dangerous than "misinformation" is partisans deciding what is and is not "misinformation" for the rest of us.

There is something satisfying in seeing these dishonest journalists upset.

The fact free speech is a “threat, ” tells me open dialogue is a no no😂 I mean it makes total sense… coming from CNN. Oh yea, how’s that CNN+ plus going for ya guys?

The moment she mentioned misinformation, I cracked up laughing

2:14 So she's saying free speech should not be the goal of a social media platform, but instead to prevent "misinformation". Well, not surprising considering this is CNN, but still disappointing

CNN Yesterday: Twitter’s a private company. It can do what it wants!
CNN Today: Oh, no! Twitter’s a private company. Musk can do what he wants!

That Ari Melber guy is cracking me up. He's describing exactly what Zuckerberg, Bezos & Dorsey were doing for Biden.

“Doesn’t it allow more misinformation?” Yes CNN free speech means news networks don’t get a monopoly on talking, thanks for asking.

How ironic. You’re worried about “misinformation” when your phoney journalism is one of the biggest peddlers of it.

If you can't tell that everyone on this panel is reading off of a pre-written script, you're not paying attention.

Funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time is CNN worried about misinformation lol 🤡

Elon's move was super tactical. With Q1 profits coming out the board was in a position they couldn't turn down the offer- Twitters profits were low and cratering. He literally made an offer they couldn't refuse

If Stelter fake grins even a little bit more, his head will explode.
