The idea that looking after your own home and kids is bondage but working for a corporation is liberating is lunacy.

Brilliant! Feminism has done so much damage. Women have surrendered all of their uniqueness and power.

The funny thing is, that a woman like Gina Carano (who is really able to kick ass) got criticized and banned for saying similar things.

The craziest feminist fight trope in movies and on tv is when the small woman takes out groups of men with one or two hits each then has a 10 minute fight scene battling a woman her size.

It's not just feminism. It's the entire woke movement.

One of the dangers here is that some women either believe they can actually physically best men, or they feel socially pressured into trying. I've yet to see it end well for any of those who tried.

‘It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers-out of unorthodoxy.’

-- George Orwell, 1984

As an old woman of 77, I have never, ever bought into the "feminist" garbage.
Men, thankfully, are different than we gals and I am grateful for that. I miss my deceased husbands strength, wisdom when we had decisions to make and his bloody great courage, which I did not posess.
Call me whatever you wish. My children are grateful for a stay at home mother and a father who provided for them.
When we decided to start our family, I gave up a job that would have made us more comfortable but WE decided in favour of the children.
I am still living on the ten acres we bought in 1971, to the benefit of all my darlings.
Praise God.

I'm an 'old school' feminist. Do men and women have an equal vote? Are they paid the same when doing exactly the same job, for the same results? Are they equal under the law? Are men and women judged on their character above any other consideration? For me, if all those questions can be answered with a "yes" then that's the finish line reached. All this nonsense about women being better than men in every way - just because they're women - is utter shite. The world needs men to be men and women to be women ... IMHO.

Observe how the same people who promote and celebrate the "110lb woman crisply defeats a 195lb, highly trained male killer with her bare hands" scenes in movies then turn around and criticize advertisements presenting beautiful and fit women as being "unrealistic" and therefore "harmful to girls".

Always amuses me in a negative way that they are always emulating what they consider toxic masculinity. They literally portray the characters as masculine stoic men who for the most part handline situations with physical violence.

As a woman born in the mid sixties, I was often asked, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" "A mom" was not the answer they were looking for and was often met with laughter. My husband of 36 years appreciated having me home, raising and educating our children, providing his lunch (whether packed or hot) and generally being his assistant/secretary. He genuinely felt spoiled and was grateful that I was able to be here to take care of him when he became unable to care for himself.
Men and women were created different for a reason - we each have different gifts, strengths and weaknesses that, when combined, create the perfect union. In Hebrew the word is Echad, meaning a unified one. We were created to come together and form the perfect, unified one.
This is what the world around us cannot stand and is intent on destroying. Why? Because it's a reflection of the very God that they have denied.

My daughter took karate from a woman master - who WAS a true master - for five years alongside her brother.

Master Mary, a 5' 3" blonde who could actually do the moves Scarlet Johansson only pretends to do, used to teach the girls in class...

"What do you do if a boy or a man is trying to attack you?"

And the girls learned to chant: "Strike Fast! Strike hard! Run Away!"

I asked my daughter why Mary taught them that. She said, "Because, Daddy, Mary says no matter how good you are, a girl is not going to be able to beat a guy." And then she added, "Like, Duhhh!"

Until you hear a woman say, “We’ve been duped. We’ve been duped out of ourselves. “
That would be a pivotal point in everything. Hectic

As a woman, this guy… new fan, everyone always asking me when I get a job or what I do and I’m like … my goal is to make the happiest healthiest nurturing grounding HOME possible. They’re like, so… you wanna do nothing. Gaslight me as crazy for those values. Stupid assholes. I’m angry! And inspired! Love this!

I will never, ever understand why the modern ”strong, female caracters“ are written as toxic men.

When a huge warrior squared up in older films there was genuine fear, this has been lost. When a tiny woman can best them when the situation arises again the fear is gone.

I read Frankenstein, and I noticed how much of the conflict comes from Victor just hemming and hawing about dealing with the monster he created all the while it continued to kill his friends and family. If he had destroyed it early, his fiancé, his nephew, and so many people that were close to him would still be alive.

Movies started going downhill around 25 years ago. They really dropped off in quality around 2005. All the studios got bought up by banks, greedy corporations and really that's what ruined everything. In short, movies were the art form of the 20th, not the 21st, Century.

I recently watched American Beauty again after 20 some years and it blew my mind seeing a movie about the struggle a man was going through in life. This movie wouldn't be allowed to be made today, too much truth in it.

I'm a 6' woman with a larger frame (broad shoulders, big hands and feet) I'm probably in the top 5% size wise of women world wide and I know without a doubt that even at my peak in life, 75% of all men would have whipped my ass.
The show Castle was one of the WORST with that crap. Nathan Fillion is a huge guy and they made his partner a bad ass fighter and ALWAYS in heels!!! He always cowered and ran from trouble while she clicked her way in to save him in those 5 inch heels. Idiotic I never made it past season 3
