The game review is very good, but the publisher is terrible. I bought the Euro founder package but never received it in my account. My account was locked for using third-party software. When I complained, they provided no evidence and changed the reason to buying silver in the game, which is allowed. Why was my account locked? My refund request for the founder's package was denied because it was supposedly too late (14 days). This publisher is miserable.

On a game that economy is driven by players they made founder packs have access up to 5 days earlier, what a greedy thing to do devs, at least let everyone have acess at same time, because of this i will not play this game and yes money is not a problem i rather go play manor lords instead.
