If are paying using pay.gov, the Coast Guard Regional Exam Center you choose to send your application to needs a copy of the fee tracking sheet which pay.gov e-mails to you when you submit payment. By mail you also have the option to send a check written out to the U.S. Coast Guard in the total amount of your fees with your application.
