200mph ENDO - First 6-Second Honda 1/4 Mile (H-Pattern)

James Kempf has been a household name in the racing community for many years now. Holding FWD and Honda records is nothing out of the ordinary for Kempf, so maybe it's no surprise that his 2,000hp AWD B-series Civic has become the quickest H-Pattern 4-cylinder car in the world - running a 6.91 @ 198mph! Congrats to James and the team on the 6 and winning your class at Import vs Domestic: World Cup Finals 2022! We can't wait to see the car make a full pass! :P

I think the craziest part is that thing basically slammed on the brakes at the 1000 FT mark because the engine shut down. You can see the back wheels come off the ground right when it lost power. Meaning that could have been an even faster pass if it stayed on power for the last 320 feet. Stick shift 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine running a 6.91?! That’s fuckin’ epic man. That is one of the faster cars in the world and it’s a tiny little hatchback haha. I love how much you can do by just continuing to develop the same chassis and engine/trans combo until you get the desired result. Dude is a great driver too. That car is probably a rowdy one.

4 bangers have come a very long way . Did my first jdm H series back in '98 with add on. Later boosted and hanging out with my buddies from northern VA and heading over to metro with high hp hatches (Green Goblin) Off hontech and ripping the pavement apart it was so much fun. Ive always wondered who was gonna do the first AWD setup and now look. They are breaking into the 6's which is insane but I definitely seen it coming .
