I simply use dry pancake batter, add seasonings of your choice, add water or milk to consistency of pancakes, deep fry and the cauliflower will come out perfect every time.

I’d also like to add that I use something called “chicken fry”. It comes in the box or bag. I use the unseasoned because I like adding my own seasoning 😊

I dredge mine in flour and baking soda then i dip them in fluffy whipped eggs for the batter. Adds flavor that you wouldnt expect and texture because eggs always add texture

You should boil the cauliflower first for sure. or else its gonna be raw on the inside and the batter wil be burned

I would love to have you explain why you think is necessary to show us ingredients and not tell us portions. Is it simply that you want to sell your cookbooks because I think it’s rather egregious to waste our time with no ingredients to recreate. I will definitely not watch your channel again.
