Wow! I always viewed Diablos as outdated compared to recent Lambo designs. But after seeing this vid, those things are still lookers on the highways. That bright red color really shines under the sun.

IMO the Diablo, along side the Miura, are the most beautiful Lamborghinis ever produced!! From a rolling start race, at freeway speeds especially, the Diablos older designed transmission, tall gearing and the notorious sensitive clutch handicapped it against the Gallardo right away. The Gallardo is lighter and has a more modern drivetrain like its paddle shift transmission, so it had the edge that day. Both vehicles are awesome machines! ✌️

I think you need to race against faster cars, because your car destroys most everything from what I've seen in your videos!!! You should find a Murcielago, or some higher-end Ferraris/Porsches to have "real" competition...that is one sick Gallardo, btw!!! Keep the videos coming!!

If you are comparing modified Gallardo to other Lamborghinis, might I suggest you get in touch with one Diablo owner in Texas? His red Diablo has about 700hp and is self-proclaimed fastest Diablo in the U.S. I think you could find his videos here. "14 psi" or something like that. That comparison would be entertaining.

Yeah, the Diablo most likely missed second gear. It's the hardest to grab quickly IMO. I'm still use to my C6 which has first up top and second down below - in my Diablo first is on bottom (under reverse) and second is where third usually is; e.g. miss to the right and you'll hit fourth.
