Spoke to British gas who have been estimating my bill for the last 5 months and I am now moving out of the property they did not tell me this at all, they said they would have to estimate the end reading and that would take 7 working days. Thanks for this tip.

I was told by a supplier it's button 9. Now, the same supplier said it's 6. So which button is it, 6 or 9? As 6 & 9 give different readings. Supplier is getting readings automatically apparently as smart meter sends it to them but they want screenshots I don't know what for if they have the readings on their end. Also supplier said meters can send wrong readings. I am totally fed up with it. I have to read meter each day and do screenshots... This is ridiculous. What do you press? 6 or 9? 6 gives day and night but numbers differ to 9. Had enough of it. Supplier themselves don't know what they 🤢 want! 🤢🤢🤢 Supplier cannot decide which button it is! And they also cannot produce a correct bill since 3 months! It's British Gas ladies and gentlemen. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
