I love the skin. If only she would hop on her scooter when she has the homeguard effect. Then again that would probably increase the cost of the skin.

My god I wish this skin had new lines, so much potential for awesomeness:

They didnt fix the w effect on the weapons, the shield still explode in the same blue explosion, no homeguard bike... Then u see how hard it's to make a 1350rp skin on Sivir.

Best Skin in LOL. Excellent with the sound effects too. They cleaned some of old sounds from her moves too.
Feels better now.
