I don’t really follow a diet, it’s everything in moderation. When I do follow a diet I follow Weight Watchers. What I like is this plan does not eliminate any foods. You can have anything you want as long as you stay in your points. It works for me. Good luck with your diet plan.

You can salvage those pork rinds by using them as a breading or filler for keto meatloaf instead of using bread crumbs.😍

Yeah at 9 carbs for an ounce, cashews are more than double that of macadamia nuts. Pili nuts are great too but you’d have to hock your first born and your house.

A great place to buy nuts is Nuts.com. They also have nut flours!

Also, Coconut Secret makes a great coconut aminos and is only 1 carb per serving! Tastes like soy sauce to me!

I've gotten a few boxes from thrive. The primal sauces are great and their spices are good. We have the meat and potato seasoning and the breakfast blend.

All my stuff was always packaged very well.

I love Thrive. I am keto and it makes it so much easier to source some things and the prices are decent. I love the ultima and I can say without hesitation that the grape is the most delicious (to me). Best grape flavor I've seen in a healthy product. I like that Thrive donates a membership to a needy person, veteran or teacher for every membership that is purchased and that they are carbon neutral in their shipping. Great company.

Maybe if you decide to do such a disciplined low sugar/salt diet you should consider canning your own ketchup, sauces etc. It would definitely save you a lot of money.

I think I need to try Swerve, being a type 2 diabetic, trying to change my food choices and struggling, and loving to bake I need to find something a bit healthier, hoping I can get to a way better way of eating, wishing I had as much self control as Mark does ...
