"WASHINGTON — Donald Trump’s insistence on playing golf at his Florida courses has now cost American taxpayers more than $18 million since he regained the presidency, setting him on a pace to exceed the $151.5 million he spent in his first term, according to a HuffPost analysis.

On Saturday, Trump is playing golf for the 13th day of his 48 in office. It was his 10th day playing at his course in West Palm Beach, across the Intracoastal Waterway from his Mar-a-Lago country club home and adjacent to the Palm Beach County Jail.

He spent another three days at his course in Doral, just east of the main runways at Miami International Airport.

According to a 2019 Government Accountability Office report examining the first four trips Trump took to Mar-a-Lago during his first administration, each one costs $3,383,250 — a sum based on 2017 dollars that is likely higher now."

Last time, if he could not decide which of his properties he wanted to go to for his golf trips, the government would have to book rooms at both properties. "Grifter in chief" does not do this filth justice.

He tried to buy the NFL's Buffalo Bills pro football team back about 2014. He was in the pool of 6 final bidders the NFL chose and was asked to submit financial records to show he could either buy the team or could raise funds for it with solid collateral backing, but instead he submitted a letter with a copy of a Fortune Magazine article listing him as one of the wealthier people in the United States. The NFL turned him down.

King Donald took over 200 days doing golf trips during his first reign. Do the math and let that number sink in. Each and every time he stayed at one of HIS resorts he charged the US tax payer the going rates (no discounts here) for the rooms, food, facilities and even the golf carts the Secret Service needed to use while protecting him on his own course. The man truly has no shame.
