Incident report 2021 and lessons learned

This is a recording of a safety webinar presented to members on 12 November 2022. The 2021 report includes a total of 235 recorded incidents, which sadly includes fifteen incidents resulting in sixteen fatalities. The number of reported incidents is approaching the numbers seen prior to the effects of the pandemic.
