So Sophie recons if David Luiz wants to stay at Chelsea he needs to take a leaf out of Cesc Fabregas's book, do you agree?!

I love David Luiz but Conte is the Boss and if he questions his boss in a way that puts him straight on the stands, he deserves it. About time a manager is respected for the decisions he's making. Conte's always passionate about the TEAM.

I love Cesc Fabregas, amazing player and great attitude, fans have a go at him, but a lot of the time he's in a role that isn't his style, even for Spain he played up front rather than defensive.

You are absolutely right Lady, Cesc is improving on daily bases, even when we were using for the wrong role(when Ngolo was in injured) he tried to do something and now he is where he is meant to be, he has started winning man of the match. He is an example of humility and that’s what Conte wants

I agreed with you ... Cesc set example for others player in club how to handle thing and make manger to select you... I hope if Costa follow same path he's with us ... I know all Conte messaged thing but still if stay and fight for position he will be back for sure... Kudos to Fabregas to shoe true professionalism ....

100% fully back Antonio Conte. I think we're a unique club in how we treat players especially over the last few years but I think now we have such an incredible team spirit with Azpi, Morata, Cesc, Kante, Gary, Thibut and I think respect of the club and wanting the club to do well as paramount is the reason for that rather than individual successes which is what I think Luiz shows more of. I know Rory loves him and he is a big personality, but I still haven't gotten over his 5 minute celebration when knocking us out of the champions league with PSG, the laughter when he makes a mistake, the reckless red cards and now throwing his toys in training? He is supposed to be a professional, and to get to a stage where he is punished in being dropped from the squad not only isn't good for him, but not good for the squad because were without an incredible talent and how does it impact morale and togetherness for everyone else? Especially the back 3! Confidence and positivity is key in this game and seeing your team mate have tantrums doesn't help with anything positive! So proud of their performance vs Man Utd think Christensens performance should allow him to start the next game too and keep the same back 3. Our squad is looking great for next season with the players we currently have out on loan to come back and if Luiz can't get in our team now, whats it gonna be like next year when we have a fit Zouma in contention too!?!

I agree with you 100% Conte goes about coaching the right way in terms of he needs to have the control. If luiz has an issue with him don’t show him up. I think it’s much to do about nothing because it happens sometimes with player and player or player and coach but what Conte has on his side is that he knows Andreas is a talented player and Conte is not scared to start him. And he loves ampadu I feel like.

The reason why Feb was able to do that is because he had Kante which super glue the team together which is a fact plus T.BaKy in mid so if u look at Feb games before he was under performing yes he works hard doesnt go nuts . Yes i do believe David has been dealt in the wrong way he helps the team so much ply def ply mid go on and att directly. David L and A. conte should just sit down and talk conte was bad in saying no future this is where he doesnt get the question and needs to remain calm sort it out inside club then respond. After it was explained to him he said tactical. I hope after this break team comes together and moves forward because we need David L for sure and Conte as Our Manager. Stay happy dont worry Chelsea will get through this .
P.s pls lets not sign Di marie in January window lets Sanchez yeahhhh

A player needs to work hard and perform under Cont.
That’s the right way to do

The difference with Fabregas is that he was being left out because Conte didn't favor him, while David (like Diego) got into an argument or disagreement with Conte. Only way I think this gets resolved is if Luiz apologizes for whatever he's done and moves on, but I doubt that will happen. Hopefully he stays because he's a wonderful player and man.

Great vid, also u guys should invest in some sound “cushions” and/or se audacity to remove background noise although the sound cushions should be a better and easier fix

Upfront, David Luiz wasn't the only player that was dropped from that abysmal showing in Stadio Olimpico. Rudiger was also massively suspect and for what it is worth, both deserved to be dropped. That aside, I see Luiz to be a player with a fantastic mentality; a Conte-type player (until his recent showings). If he was dropped, it is because that has dipped; an occurrence that facilitates the devolution of David Luiz into a massively error prone player. Besides, without him in the lineup, Chelsea put up an almost faultless defensive performance.
Now to the major issue, he should take a leaf from Fabregas' book. For a supposedly controversial player, Fab has shown enormous loyalty, dedication and professionalism since his move back to England from the Camp Nou. And it is something that has made him a lasting player (including his obvious ability). David Luiz is that kind of player and should understand that he is here to deliver exactly what he did last season irrespective of the manager's supposed shortcomings.
Lastly, Conte needs to fix up his tactics to help us avoid needless tactical deficiencies during the game. Peace out.

I don't know why this Luiz issue is raising so much dust perhaps any player can be drop if the person is not ready for the game. Please they should give Conte breathing space let him do his job.
