My wife and I took our two teenaged sons on the Utopia of the Seas in February for our first cruise and it was absolutely amazing! We loved everything on this ship and would highly recommend it! And he is correct, there is very little need to get off the ship at Nassau, wait until Coco Cay that is the only place you need to get out.

Zach, I have sailed on Allure and did not find it crowded. The neighborhood layout really works to disperse the passengers. Loved that you gave a shout out to the cruise globe. It is a really great idea for tracking your cruises. It's amazing how the mapping shows the actual route your ship took including any itinerary changes. The Oasis-class ships having very few windows facing the ocean is a MAJOR design flaw. I noticed immediately on Oasis and Allure, and while I thought the ships were incredible feats of engineering, this is one of the main reasons I’ve never gone back.

Hi Zach, I took my 10 year old son with me this past January on Utopia of the Seas, and I couldn’t agree more with your review. I never felt like the ship was ever crowded, and the longest line I ever saw was at El Loco Fresh, just as you said. The ice skating show and aqua show were top notch. I was truly amazed with the quality of the shows. We were also obsessed with the smart elevators. They were so fun 😂 I wouldn’t hesitate to try out RC’s other mega ships. I just wish they were more affordable.

$1700.00 for a 3 day cruise works out to $4k for a 7 day per person cruise. That is a very expensive cruise.. Great review.

Loved seeing your final thoughts. I totally agree, Utopia and Beyond are my two favorite ships as well. We are booked on Wonder and Star because of our experience on Utopia. Star of the Seas coming soon! They just added a couple more short sailings in August because the ship was completed early. Thanks for another great video, Zach!

They learn from the other oasis ships. If you go on the older ships you will find crowds. I would only recommend this oasis class ship until they have been amped up. Glad you enjoyed!
