I deleted all my social media accounts because of this as well, it's the best decision I've ever made and I've been a lot happier since I did it. I realized that it was stressing me out and was making me feel anxious. And it can also be so toxic.

It’s also kinda demoralizing and depressing when people don’t ‘like’ or comment on your photos, or status updates on FB, but other people post constant selfies (narcissistic much?) and they get tons of compliments and likes etc. (I personally really don’t understand the logic in that situation) . It’s honestly hurtful sometimes especially if you’re like me and you feel like you’re an outcast a lot.

This is actually me for months and I've never felt so much better and happier in my life. I went back for a day and am deciding to finally never go back at all bc happiness ain't there and am already happy with my own life not viewing what others are doing and basically just being focused on mine ❤️✨
