Spurs used him a lot better here. Especially in the second half putting him in good spots with the ball. First game felt like he was getting the ball too far out and trying to iso every time.

In his first game Victor W. was nervous and NOT used to teammates who don't pass the ball. So he was a little confused on offense. Once he has an organized team looking for him, he will put up a ton of points. And already he's a defensive nightmare for opposing teams.

I had no doubts after the first game Wemby would bounce back and show everyone he could deal with the 1st overall pick pressure. He's going to get better and be very fun to watch for a long time.

This new basketball era is too stat focused. Wemby has solid basketball tools as a three level scorer, play maker, and perimeter/inside defender. And happens to be 7-4!! Can’t wait to see how his game blossoms this season
