Outdoor GreatRoom Company - Do you know how to make the flame larger on this firepit via natural gas connection? I have this hooked up and love the unit... but my flame is not anywhere near the levels that this video shows. Appreciate any helpful tips to make adjustments (without stating the obvious of adjusting the knob).

I have had my 24x24 Outdoor GreatRoom table since fall of 2013 using a propane tank as the fuel source and the flame has always been just a slight blue flicker and minimal flame and NEVER even close to the picture shown in this video - and the obvious suggestion of adjusting the control knob has no affect to get to even remotely close to what is shown/advertised.
