to help anyone out watching this. if it's a push down instead of squeeze, push the cap to one side then turn. it works every time. i JUST learned this while watching this video.

An easier way to open is by placing the bottle cap on the door edge and closing the door so that it catches tightly and then turning the bottle to left it opens easily

Nope. I have tried for over 20 minutes to PUSH DOWN the cap and TURN THE BOTTOM clockwise and also counterclockwise and the cap just makes a clicking sound and stays shut. There is about a 2 mm gap between the bottom edge of the cap and the bottle's white 'rim' underneath, but as much as I have tried to push the cap DOWN towards it the cap just doesn't move down!

SOLVED!! Update: It seems that during the process of originally trying to open it the cap sort of 'rethreated' itself into a weird position in regards to the groves on the bottle; Which made it impossible to push it down at all. I ended up using the tip of a blunt scissors to pry it open by nudging it from the underside of the red cap... the cap came right off. Then to test and see if the issue had been resolved I twisted it back unto the bottle (turning it clockwise). After that I tried to open it doing what the instructions say - to push the cap down and turn it (counterclockwise), and this time it did what it was supposed to do and came off easily! I didn't have to push hard at all.

Push down and turn clockwise, you should feel some resistance keep turning until it pops off. Not counter clockwise, I don't know where that information comes from

yup thats the bottle i have. didn't for me how you did it but thank you anyways/ insted i had use something sharp to force it opend i cut threw the lid and yup forced it opend god these things are a pain to get opend esply when i need pills for my head. my head was hurting all day.
