I grew up in the late 60s and thru out the 70s and what I think of Neil young is this. Commitment, talent, genius lyrist and a true musical icon. I've listened to his music my entire life and was even his neighbor for a short time when he owned a beach home down street from my house. I could go on about this musician but I think his body of work speaks for itself. Thank you Neil 👍♥️

It's amazing Rick James and Neil Young were in the same band together!

Well I heard Mister Young sing about her
Well I heard ol' Neil put her down
Well I hope Neil Young will remember
A southern man don't need him around anyhow

It's really amazing to think how the incident with the "Mynah Birds" changed music history, most likely for the better! Who knows if "Neil" would have become the Neil Young we all know if the Mynah Birds had gone forward. And it's hard to imagine a less likely person to be in a band with Neil Young than Rick James!

Many musicians are critical of each other's music and that is fine they are all artists and unique and all of their ways. Neil Young is a rock and roll icon he seems from his heart and his lyrics and music elevate everyone who listens to him. Thank you Neil for expressing your unique talent and gifts to the world.

That video of Neil Young singing live at 27... Blew my mind. So much soul! It gave me the same feels as listening to an 8 year old Michael singing Who's Loving You...

I dislike it when entertainers call themselves artists, but Neil Young is a true musician, singer, songwriter, and artist!
