This is bug was found in Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 (Wily Werewolf).

Command used:~$ synclient TapButton1=1 TapButton2=3 TapButton3=2

Use this command to add scroll:~$ synclient TapButton1=1 TapButton2=3 TapButton3=2 VertEdgeScroll=1

Add this command on Startup Applications to make this a permanent fix.

Could not find synaptic properties.

Hello, i'm trying to use autostart - KDE Control Module which has a chance to add a program or a script; i have to type the name of the program i want to choose, but which one should i choose and yes, has a button to run it in therminal
