Whitecross é uma banda de hard rock cristã que foi formada no ano de 1986 em Chicago, lançando sua primeira gravação no ano seguinte. Os álbuns mais recentes, que freqüentemente os fazem ser comparados com Ratt, contém rápidos trabalhos técnicos em guitarra. Com a partida do guitarrista Rex Carroll em 1992, o som da banda sofreu uma drástica mudança; dessa forma alguns fãs mostraram preferência ou pelos álbuns mais antigos, outros pelos álbuns mais recentes. 

Triumphant Return é o terceiro álbum da banda de metal cristã Whitecross, lançado em 31 de janeiro de 1989.

Atingiu o nº 13 na tabela de Álbuns Cristãos Contemporâneos Top da Billboard.

O álbum ganhou o prêmio Dove de Álbum de Música Dura do Ano de 1990.

Whitecross is a Christian hard rock band that formed in 1986 in Chicago, releasing their first recording the following year. Their most recent albums, which often have them compared to Ratt, contain rapid technical guitar work. With the departure of guitarist Rex Carroll in 1992, the band's sound underwent a drastic change; thus some fans showed a preference for either the older albums, others for the newer albums.

Triumphant Return is the third album from the Christian metal band Whitecross, released on January 31, 1989.

It reached No. 13 on Billboard's Top Contemporary Christian Albums chart.

The album won the 1990 Dove Award for Hard Music Album of the Year..
