There are several presentations in this recording, including the Commission’s approach and resources to support the implementation of related actions in the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, a carer perspective on recognising and responding to the signs of deterioration in a person’s mental state, and a health service’s experience of implementing the Commission’s Escalation Mapping Template.
