Without a doubt, this is one of the greatest movies of all time. The cinematography in this film is the best I have seen in any film, and the visual effects and acting performances are also amazing. Truly a heartwarming and creative story that is definitely worth a watch.

I love "The Water-Horse". And like the rest of the comments I too watched it a kid. But unlike everyone else, this movie actually made me fear deep water for the first time. Not because of the creature, but because of the scene where the main character nearly drowns. Literally couldnt take that scene.

I remember watching this movie with my aunt. She had a rooster as a pet who was very loyal to her. While watching this movie I was sitting in her lap. Which made that rooster jealous because it was his favorite place to cuddle and relax. He got so jealous and angry that he attacked on my head with his beak. And that attack was intense that it covered my whole head and fave in blood and I passed out.

I always wanted to watch this movie again. Thanks for the recap.
