Americans believe they choose between 2 different party candidates. In reality, it is a secret sect (Deep State) with Bolton as the face outward ruling and it doesn´t matter who wins the presidency! The citizens think they live in a democracy ... Hmmm !!!

China is a great country, all that the sufferers in these exploited lands ask is that you don't abuse us in the manner of the West. Hopefully your extended hand is not patterned after that of the " Confessions of an Economical Hitman" illustrated by a true to life American operative. Let your efforts be truly one of winning hearts and minds.

Import and consume, produce and export. This cycle is the essence of the experience of every country in the global "food chain." Africa's natural resources have been exhaustively mapped and exploited by the West for centuries with Black Africans reaping scant benefit from the activity - African diamonds for example, seem to belong to Belgium, Africa reaping nothing of value from them. Arabs in the North, and Caucasians on the remainder of the continent, each of those groups exist and have existed for their own benefit, regarding Black Africans as either/or nearly free labor or simple nuisance.

China returns to Africa after long absence, apparently with the best of intentions, continuing in the footsteps of Zheng He. What should be the future of Africa with the return of Chinese expertise, desire and vision? If the interest is in assisting Black Africans to a place in the Sun, then China's foremost effort would be to instill China's reverence for education into the minds of Black Africans. Concurrently, training Black Africans to take useful roles in as many areas of technology and production, wholesale and retail, as possible -- Africans will learn as rapidly as they can and no faster, patience will be a virtue for all to cultivate.

What's in it for China? Simple answer. Access to the mineral and oil wealth of the continent, in a sharing relation with the Africans whose homes sit upon the land beneath which the minerals are to be found. The minerals and oil, used domestically in the production of products for domestic consumption and for export, and also exported as raw materials, can benefit Black Africans as much as and as well as the Chinese who make it all possible. Rising Africa out of Western-caused poverty will be China's demonstration to the World of China's true nature. Win-win.

Import and consume, produce and export. No country does anything but that. When it's in balance, or as it comes into balance, self-respect, a well-deserved sense of self-respect comes with it. A country with the experiences of a 100-year period of humiliation can easily understand the damage done to the African psyche/spirit, by centuries-long domination by Westerners. For helping Black Africans regain their pride and productivity, China should be, can be, will be richly rewarded.
