Ever i was young i was raised hearing her loud yelling at me, and now that im grown up we both yell at eachother because I honestly don't have it in me anymore to stay quiet, me and my dad have a different relationship, since he never yelled at me i grew up to never feel the need to yell back at him, our conversations are always quiet and civil.

It’s weird because when the parents yell at us, no one says anything about it because they’re the parent and they’re always “ right “ and yet some of the hurtful things they say to us, we will always remember it, and they’ll act like it’s not a big deal for when we mention it. But they’re kids. Not robots, they have feelings too.

I am glad my mom treated me well.She never scolded me back then but explained why i should/shouldn't do it carefully.I am greatful for the lecture she taught me because I never scolded my daughter and instead explain the reasons of why she should do it or not carefully.She grew up very well, smart clever and very pretty, doesn't have pride and never judge others.This is all i can ask for and i feel blessed to have her as a daughter. Thanks, mom, for teaching me with care, and thanks to my daughter for being an awesome daughter i could ever ask for.

I am being honest I am a Jamaican and my mom yell at me sometimes and I am an adult now and I don't feel the courage to yell at her because she has done a lot for me most people will call it the bear minimum required of a parent but she is so special to me.
