These shoes have been OK. Still use them to mow the grass. The Merrell MOABs are better in all regards though.

I used a pair for mountain biking. I only wore them during biking and the soles wore out fast. Good for biking, as why would you wear something nice for mountain biking?? They were mostly on pedals too!?!?

I bought these shoes on clearance for $11. For the money, these things are fantastic. The outsoles are very tough and upper build quality is decent enough. I'm an 11 and I think they run ever so slightly large. While they are comfortable enough, they lack arch support and cushioning. I recommend an insole for this reason. One negative is that they don't breath very well and therefore start to get smelly pretty fast. Clean them and air them our regularly.

I have the same pair of shoes. I totally recommend them for the price. I did add a better insole though.

Surprised how durable those shoes are and the soles aren't a crappy hard plastic either. I use a different insole but these shoes are pretty comfortable and I get about a year's use out of them, wearing them every day. I need to go get another pair and use my current ones for lawn mowing lol.

When it comes to 22 LR I buy the (exclusive to Walmart) Federal red box @ $19.98 per 550 box, cheapest around and they are a relatively clean round and even have a somewhat polished look to them, they shoot well out of my Ruger 10/22 rifle and my Ruger SR-22 semi auto handgun! I'm on my second pair of Ozark Trail hiking boots they only last about a year (50-60 miles tops...if your lucky) and then the soles split and you cant wear them when its wet out, your feet get soaked! I only use them for walking (exercise) where its usually very rough on footwear due to loose gravel and mud, I have a pair of Merrell Vibram's (same as in your video) and love them for everyday use in the colder weather & a pair of Keen Targhee II for snowshoeing. For $20 I can keep both pairs in good shape by using the Ozark Trail.

Agree about the width and trying to find shoes that fit. Most all of the cool name brands don't offer any wide widths. I searched high and low for a good pair a hiking boots that would work for me, and ending up checking the stick at Walmart while getting groceries and found the same ones. They actually fit decent, and are great for $20. Will be upgrading the insole as well.

I got a pair of those Ozark Trail shoes a couple of days ago. I noticed something kind of funny about them before I bought them. The leather strips/designs don't match on these shoes. One shoe has a wider cut-out areas than the other. You can really see it comparing them from the back. They were only $20 bucks and seemed ok othererwise though. There were two pairs of these and they were both like that. I was going to swap individual shoes thinking I could get a good match but the left was like the left and the right was like the right.
