The A10 series chips seems to always render videos faster than the newer chips. The iPad Pro 10.5 is also faster than the newer iPad Pros, I have both.

Amazing video!!! Missed to your videos like this on older iPhones. Saw too the 6S video is amazing too!!! But you should have compare the iPhone 6S too to the iPhone XR or XS Max.
