0:00 All the context you need to understand how I got interested in Opendoor (OPEN) and why the investment thesis was very sound in 2021 (bonus: my rant against the Fed rate hikes)
18:17 Will Opendoor go bankrupt? Short-term analysis of negative free cash flows, assumption, and borrowing capacity (This is the part you're probably looking for.

Is Opendoor headed for Bankruptcy? I don't think so! I think the scenarios towards bankrupcty include a "Very Risky" and "Not too Risky" option. This all depends on Opendoor's ability to access its credit facility. I analyze Opendoor's free cash flow, and explain why I believe Carrie Wheeler, OPEN's former CFO, was the ideal candidate for the job. In the video, I provide a lot of context regarding my view that the Fed will pivot, as well as tax lost harvesting, and the quality of Opendoor's service.

I am a happy customer and shareholder of Opendoor. This is not investment advice. But I want Opendoor to survive.... would be good for my retirement and for my future home purchases.

I'm thankful for you taking the time and effort to produce such quality content on one of my absolute highest conviction investments. I would absolutely appreciate videos on the other 2 subjects you mention near the end of this video.

Excellent video! Thank you. I also have a position in Opendoor and I intend to hold it long term. I strongly believe that they will disrupt the real estate sector. It would be interesting to see how they do in Q4 and their guidance for 2023.

Thanks for the video :) I am afraid that I would lose my money with $open on the verge of bankruptcy, however feel 10x more excited with the potential. A good bet anyway
