That was straightforward as the fibre to the premises was easy to access, I had the nbn try to do my house with fibre to the premises, unfortunately they could not get access to the fibre, solution was to dig up my garden, lawn and paving to get access to the fibre, of course I told them not to bother, so it’s not as straightforward as you video states!! if you cannot get to the fibre

Hey, Just got fttp with nbn box but my tplink router will not connect to nbn box but my old dlink modem router will. this makes me wonder if i still need a dedicated modem for my router to work?

Do we need any other pre-existing wall ports outside of the usual power ports for these gadgets?

I'm on the idea fence of getting my own personal internet plan with Aussie Broadband. As the NBN Telstra my parents pay for don't and can't give me the internet speed I need. But I'm not sure if I need anything else in my PC room other than the power ports to plug up everything.

what is dsl port on router for?And will fttc work with dsl router?

then how is wifi meant to be strong when this is all in some back cupboard in a storage room in the apartment?
