Mad Max PC vs PS4/Xbox One Graphics Comparison

It's one of the closest cross-platform games we've seen in some time, but the PC version of Mad Max does offer up some key advantages over the consoles. Visual enhancements are slight, but the ability to run at 60fps definitely improves the experience.

They didn't just put effort into the console release, they put effort into every release. Just look at how amazingly optimized the PC version is. Check out TB's video. He was running the game at 1440p, maxed out, never dipping below 120fps while recording, just because it runs so damn well

the jump from 30fps to 60fps is a world of difference ! but ppl shouldn't Compare a Titan X or a 980 to PS4 or Xbox One.. kinda not fair.. best compare them with a Budget GPU like a 960 or a 750ti

The game looks pretty nice at 4k, and surprisingly I can hit 60fps pretty much all the time at nearly max settings on just a single 980 ti.

The "Very high" preset is not the maximum settings in this game. You can go higher than the "Very high" preset by bumping the individual graphics options further up in a custom preset. Some of the things in the graphics menu go from "very high" to "max" or "ultra". That's how it is on my PC.

The horrific clutter pop in of the console versions compared to the PC version is more than enough visual enhancement for me to consider it much beyond "slight".

On GTX970 I get from 80 to 130 fps @ 1080p with max settings! Great optimized game!

I love gaming on my PC and my Xbox One but honestly once people start focusing more on resolution and frames I consider them watered down gamers

2:13 you have to use your imaginationland to fill in the gaps when consoling. Id rather pay more money for a PC and be fully immersed cuz I really like detailed things while enjoying a faster frame rate.

When I first played this game and it hit 120+ fps, the first thing that came to mind was what kind of fuckery is this. To see those kind of frames at max settings with how this generation has been so far was great.

Every video it's the same. PC is always better in all aspects whereas PS4 and XboxOne are more or less the same

Played 40 hours of PC version @ 1080p / 60fps and finally got a friend to buy PS4 version, First thing I noticed was the 30fps framerate but didn't say anything since I was the one egging him on to buy it .. all I can say is 30fps is a bit jarring after so many hours at silky smooth 60fps.. It's really a shame current gen consoles don't have a little more power under the hood.

Both Consoles and PC are good. There's no reason to compare them. Keep calm and enjoy what you have :)
