Important little bit about marksman rounds, if you have Daawnlight spirit origin on, the Ricoshot will try to aim for the bullseye. Which means it will hit for tons of damage.

The Shield of the High Ruler is honestly a gamechanger, basically an opposition to the amazing counterscarf, which allows you to dodge projectiles at the cost of a cooldown, while you can't dodge projectiles with the shield but have an increased dash rate. Glad to see that dashing accessories are getting more love from the calamity team! ❤️
