Dude! You just rigged my mind with intrigue! I'm actually going to do some R&D on codespaces and present a tech talk about this where I work. In as much as you pay, I see more value in Codespaces, and you can offset the cost of creating a temp dev environment with your cloud provider to codespaces using the "make public" feature you displayed briefly in the video. Just have to dot the i's and cross the t's on pricing first before I introduce this.

Great, informative and fun video! Glad I stumbled :) upon your channel. Quick Q (perhaps with a very obvious answer but newbie here): are we supposed to set up a complete working dev environment locally, push to remote and pick up from there OR does Github automagically know what the project needs? I suppose its the former - push the source code, dependencies, libraries (virtualenv?) ... to the remote repo and then it works like you described it? Thanks in advance, I appreciate any answer and your time man 🤗
