Over the last week or so I have gotten asked numerous times to do a video explaining the engine setup in the LSXcalade in detail...so here it is! I think I covered just about everything important but if there's anything else you want to know or I left out...leave a comment and I will answer it. Hopefully you can learn from my process explained here when it comes to configuring the engine/turbocharger setup on your next build!

It's so cool to hear someone talk about everyone involved with a build and actually take other people's advice and put it to use

Newbie to the channel, hopped on the bandwagon from the race week videos. Hoping there's a bunch more like me, you deserve it! Love the content brother!

Very detailed look. The word Quality comes to mind a lot. It's incredible how the turbine housings don't have a blanket or coating but the hood and under-hood are in perfect condition, signs of a great build, as if we needed anymore

Most people that talk and talk make me yawn, but listening to you and your explanations of every piece of your motor and vehicle in general has me wanting more! It’s great to hear how many people and companies have stepped up to help you with all of this. I was thinking until now, how the hell were you able to get this program to this point without you having a bucket full of money! The top shelf parts and components would cost a guy like me $50 to $60 grand and probably quite a bit more than that if I were to just buy everything out of catalogs. And that’s just for the motor! You are doing this the right way. I Will be catching up watching all your videos, I’m about 3/4 the way through at this point and am watching all your new ones as they come out. Keep them coming!

This build is bonkers and I am so glad this guy started a channel detailing his wild ass build. Ignore the haters and keep it going.

I live how you have absolutely no fear in offering your criticism (and praise) to the manufacturer's your working with! Please don't change and you'll have a sub for life.

I just got back from bivouacking at friends' properties from being evacuated by fires in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I watched all the RMRW 2.0 footage on a laptop in the back of my rig. I shall now binge-watch the rest of the episodes.

Its really rad that cooper had such a gr at impact on your life course. I found you because of you painting coopers roof and tagging his wall. You are raw and honest and i super dig uour in depth dive into the choices about your escalade and motor home And mainly your life. Keep up the raw honesty.

Man your vlogs just gets better and better!! Very cool you took an idea on a motor and put it together in the correct order. Not just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks.

I enjoyed following you as Brent videoed you at race week 2. A person is known by the company they keep.... Hanging with Brent and the PFI guys is what made me a follower (sub) and I like how you speak well of others when we live in a time where there are plenty of BIG HEADS, so stay humble!

Being around creative people is awesome; it gets you to think " outside the box" ( way over used term). You get WAY more than you give. Never stop learning. Thanks for the post.

Sounds like you have surrounded yourself with the RIGHT kind of experts (there's plenty of other experts where it dosn't go so well) AND, you use their advise, which, reflects well on them.
I don't know how many times people have asked my advise, got it for free, then proceeded to take someone else's advise... Like in my 30's racing local dirt speedway & doing ok, a fellow competitor asks "whats in your engine?", you tell him everything and add at the end-
"don't assemble it with less than 5 thou skirt clearance or you wont last through your 1st feature. So next race meet they fry their new motor- seized half way through 3rd heat...
I ask- "how much skirt clearance did you have?", he answers- "the machinist said the manufacturer gives these tolerances (1 1/2 to 2 thou) for good reason & I'm sure they know more than your mate". He took the advise of an expert, just not an expert with speedway experience where you maintain 5800 - 6500 RPM @ wide open throttle for the 95% of the duration of the race.
Its always good to check out the competition in the pits & talk to people- before you are their competition. There you can learn who does the machining on the winners rig...
Great to hear you giving thanks to the people who helped get you there. Cheers from Aus'.
