Components :
•4 kg lamb or goat in portions
•For each person we count one large potato - Cut them to 4 Pieces
•1 onion • 1 tbsp - of mustard • The juice from a lemon • 1 glass of small orange juice •a glass of - water extra virgin olive oil • 1 tbsp - of salt •1 teaspoon grated oregano • 1/2 teaspoon of spice mix for chicken or meat • If we want it to be spicy, we will add an extra 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
** Bake in a preheated oven / the temperature is at full / for
half an hour without water - we will check our food - If there
is no water we will add 1 glass of water and maybe a little
more - We constantly check our food - bake for about 1:30 -
2:00 - Depending on the oven - After 1:30 hour : Lower the temperature to 250 °C and continue
cooking / After 30 minutes si ready //
Turn off the fire - Put your food in the hot kitchen. Let him calm down to make our food softer and juicier ( from 30 minutes -1:30 hour .)
