When we go to Buy box statistics, we can see the inventory with sellers, if the inventory with any seller is high like 500 or 1000, then we are informed that this inventory is bought directly from the brand. can we go this list for Aribitrage?

Quick question please, how come everytime I use selleramp to analyse a product and it shows the product selling on Amazon for £8 or less(example), selleramp shows the Max cost as minus which makes the product not profitable. So how are other sellers able to sell small products and be profitable?
