With a North American qualification spot at Tokyo 2020 up for grabs, only two countries could take it in the Medal Race - Canada, who had five sailors in the top 10, and Trinidad & Tobago, represented by Andrew Lewis. this shows how difficult live commentary can be - key moments missed esp. at the start: the fight for clear lanes, the low-speed tacks, mistakes (going down the order). Also, seems to me that mid-leg rankings are somewhat arbitrary in such ridiculously light conditions and so should be reported on less, while there should more focus on strategic matters (wind shifts, tide, currents)
