Budget Mods for a Budget project!! Whats next…?

I got an E46 320d a few weeks ago. Had a few basic mods with swirl flap, egr valve and some knock off coilovers and so far I think it's a good budget build. Loads have been done before so it's so good for the DIY build at home.
Keen to see how you guys go forward with the build.

Love the story from Gordon Murray on collecting cars where he explained that in the 8’s they’d take a standard 318i block, leave it outside to rust so it would get stronger and then push 1, 200 hp through it whilst cooling it with ice. Insane…

Very interesting that someone took this engine and try to modify it, i own, the same vavletronic engine the N42, if you change the valve seals and the timing kit, the engine it's indestructible :D and very cheap to maintain :D keep it up :D
