I had two transplants in 2013 one of which worked for a while but eventually failed because the anti-rejection drug we were testing proved to be ineffective. I still remember with awe the six weeks or so that I was no longer dependent on injected insulin. Your approach to curing diabetes is the right one and I thank you and your team for continuing the task of finding a true cure for diabetes. Please keep up your efforts.

As Doug Melton said who works with James Shapiro-How long will Type I diabetes patients have to wait? For people wondering “when could I get this, ” Melton said, “I don’t think it will be 10 years. I think three to four to five years.”
“The fact is the cells work, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got cells made where you’re now standing, wouldn’t that be amazing, ” he said.

I guess the 1, 000 people viewing would need 50, 000 dollars each to donate, since it costs so much, and the audience sadly is so much smaller than I wish it was. Too bad it seems no Multi Millionaire and Billionaire families wish to cure diabetes. For just a few of them it would be so easy to give Shapiro the amount he would need to cure this.

Well of the 300 views or more for this video, I hope all 300 can donate at least 100 bucks. That would be 30, 000 right there is the average is 100 bucks. Some will obviously donate more.

I copied and pasted this information.

My husband had pancreatic cells transplanted into his liver 10 years ago when they removed his dying pancreas. He is still insulin dependent and now can’t get an insulin pump because blood sugar is so erratic from the transplant! Sometimes the liver “plays pancreas” and drops blood glucose to dangerous low levels and sometimes it doesn’t release any because it can’t properly “read” the body’s blood glucose. Beware of this “new” procedure. They can’t “undo” my husband’s transplant or fix it in any way!

Where are your cells coming from that they are turning into function beta cells? That will not need anti rejection medication? Or are you still thinking about a Tea Bag idea? To fight the anti rejection problem.
