The top 10 highest Lochs In Scotland Series #3 Fuar Loch Mor
Hello and welcome to the Top 10 Lochs challenge.
My Dad and I are aiming to swim the 10 highest lochs in Scotland in 10 days.
1 loch every day. This involves cycling and hiking in the mountains to get to unique and extreme lochs in Scotland.
Follow us with this series to see how we get on and the beauty of wild swimming up in the mountains.
It is clear we are in a mental health crisis. Our aim is to raise awareness and space for more open conversations about mental health.
Suicide has taken family members, friends and people from the community of all ages and we felt we needed to help.
After suffering with anxiety and self harm myself I wanted to push myself not just physically but mentally. As you will discover, I have a great fear of wild swimming but have used it to help me over come many barriers.
I hope that people watching this can see that you are not alone and how amazing being in the outdoors can help your mental health.
We are doing this to raise money for SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) and for the Jo Walters Trust (giving opportunity for children to learn in the outdoors).
Please follow the link to donate and find our more about us and what the charities are.
Thank you so much for watching and we hope you enjoy being on this journey with us.
Let's talk about mental health and swim into the unknown.
Corals and Dermid Arthur.
