There are lot of complaints on National travels registered by RTO for loading extra load than permitted and using single permit for multiple buses. There is also instance of Bus breakdown in between and passengers were not provided alternate facility. None can match KSRTC in terms of safety, comfort and reaching destination on time. Whereas in private VRL, SRS has maintained good vehicles and passenger feedback.

How good are the ishift transmissions on this bus I am interested in buying a 2009 Volvo but I am unfamiliar with the system as my fleet is mostly made of dl3s j4500s and h3-45s
