Had me going for a minute thinking it was this year's ice, but when you said mid-December at 4:23, I realized it was last year, today being Nov. 30, 2024. Don't know why you waited 'til yesterday to put it up. Anyway, beautiful fish. Making me hongry for first ice here in the Adks. Looks promising with all next week below freezing. Gotta finish deer season first though. Then it's ice fishing and rabbit hunting. I just don't understand skiing...

Nice video man!! Great start to the season! I'll have to try perching with a jaw jacker and drop shot too. Also might steal your battery bank and gopro idea too. Haha. I just touched up my auger blades with a hook sharpener file last year and it helped cut the ice much faster, in case you find yours getting dull...
