Elektron Digitakt V1.3 Update - More Tones, More Fun!

The Elktron Digitakt has gotten a new update and it now has even more features! Including: brand new factory presets, new filter types, an extra LFO to be able to modulate more parameters at once, and a new Global FX mix menu. Great sound! Its intended to be pronounced "Diggitakt" according to the creators. Elektron are Swedish and Digi in Swedish would be pronounced "Diggi", "takt" means beat, so "Digital Beat" I guess.

I actually gasped when I read the update included external effects and compression processing; along with the second LFO, this answers a lot of the criticisms people have of the Digitakt. I've been having a lot of fun implementing both features.

GG - It's a Swedish company and I am Danish (and Danes and the Swedes share almost the same language). It's 100% DD even though pronounced slightly different than in English.

I first called it dijitakt but it doesn't roll off the tongue very well and so now always say diggitakt. just better sounding.

The Digitakt is the one piece of gear that never leaves my setup. Versatile, fun, and a writer's block destroyer. Also, you guy would go nuts for a Pulsar-23.

This looks pretty basic compared to the MPC One. That’s just had a major update allowing 32 channels of USB audio, new softsynths, drum machine, a Mellotron and crazy poly synth. Makes this not such good value for money.

By God, this is drivel. Did anyone even jot down an outline, let alone script? Watching someone edit a WAV file in real time ... is painful and unnecessary. It is compounded by a voice-over that is little more than grunting and mumbling semi-sentences whilst pointing at what they cannot, apparently, find words to describe.
