Diagonals AC and BD of a trapezium ABCD with AB || DC intersect each other at the point O. Using a similarity criterion for two triangles, show that OA/OC = OB/OD

HINT of Question 3 of exercise 6.3 class 10
1.If two angles of one triangle are respectively equal to two angles of another triangle, then the two angles are equal.
Theorem 6.3
If in two triangles, corresponding angles are equal, then their corresponding sides are in the same ratio and hence the two triangles are similar.

Read it :
INTRODUCTION
1.Two figures are said to be congruent, if they have the same shape and the same size.
2.Two figures having the same shape (and not necessarily the same size) are called similar figures.
3.All congruent figures are similar but the similar figures need not be congruent.
4.Two polygons of the same number of sides are similar, if (i) their corresponding angles are equal and (ii) their corresponding sides are in the same ratio (or proportion)
